Suggestions to funders & advocacy issues
Traditional artists and grassroots cultural workers may find their own experiences named here (and be reminded that they are not alone). As well, these documents may give such readers some examples of issues that often need to be raised in order to make funding programs open and equitable truly for all (and with particular reference to culturally diverse grassroots folk and traditional artists and cultural workers.)
Documents here were originally written to funders, and for particular purposes. We think that they can also be read as useful guidelines for funders wanting to shape programs that are truly open to all.
